Sliding Bathroom Wooden Barn Door in Best Western Hotel
The wooden door slab is constructed with 5 ply sandwitch assembly. The stile and rail is with solid wood pine or LVL to build the skeleton for the door. The filling core can be honeycomb paper with economic budget or tubular particleboard for better sound insulation, they are made with non-bonded or drop in assembly. MDF top layer is laminated on both sides of the door by cold press machine. Seamless edge banding by Germany PUR technique. The painting options can be made as per the specific requirement from client or interior designer with reference of Pantone, RAL, Wilsonart, Formica or William Sherwin.
The door barn door track, roller, stoper and floor guides are all packed in one carton box for easy installation. We provide wide selection of metel surface finishes such as Brushed Nickel, Matte Black, Polished Chrome, Oil Rubbed Bronze etc.
